We have short listed our New Products to Chenille yarn. This yarn is produced by a few furnishing fabric manufacturers for their self consumption. The process to produce such is very lengthy & tedious ie conventional grey to dyeing, we have cut down the cost & processes to produce the yarn with very good returns in dope dyed. In process we will be consuming our own raw material making it more lucrative for us. We will be only producer in the WORLD when this product will be launched shortly in 2010. We will be the First to introduce this yarn in multi colors, giving more fancy effect to the furnishing fabric. Hosiery industry too will be benefited, once Chenille is introduced for T-shirts, fancy tracksuits, infants wear, ladies wear, etc.

BENLON‘s NEW UNIT IS ALSO COMING AT PLOT NO. 123 , KUNDLI INDUSTRIAL AREA , PHASE – 5 WITH AN INSTALLED CAPACITY OF 5000 MT PER ANNUM SPREAD INTO THE AREA OF 3 ACRE . THE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION IS EXPECTED IN THE SECOND QUARTER OF YEAR 2010 . WITH THIS EXPANSION WE WILL BE THE LARGEST PRODUCER OF DOPE DYED YARNS IN INDIA.
